I don't know what type of watch I have to sell?
Look on our Watch Gallery listed by manufacturer to identify the watch you have against the Gallery picture and description - All pictures are numbered so it is easier for you to identify your watch and place the number on our valuation form. These are a selection of watches only - If you are unable to find your watch but we have the make listed, we may still be interested in purchasing your watch so please contact us either by phone or e-mail.

What payment options do you offer?
We can pay by Cash (By appointment at our shop only), Cheque, BACS, and CHAPS.

Is it safe to post my watch or jewellery?
Yes - providing you use the Royal Mail Special Delivery “Tamper Proof Envelope” and the protective padded packaging issued with the Watch & Jewellery Pack which we will send you. This package is tracked from the Post Office of your choice until delivered to us. Over 99.6% of these packages will be received the very next working day.
Your items are fully insured by Royal Mail against loss or damage in transit for up to £2,500. In the very unlikely event that your parcel shows any sign of tampering or damage, we will refuse delivery in order for you to validate your claim against the Royal Mail. -
What if I think my watch or jewellery is worth more than £2,500 can I insure it for more?
If your items could be worth more than £2,500, then please contact us to arrange delivery using one of our free high value insured specialist carriers.

Does it matter if my watch or jewellery is broken or in poor condition?
No - We accept any damaged or broken watches or jewellery as long as they are within the criteria laid down in the Terms & Conditions (see section 3). If, for any reason we are unable to buy your items we will return them to you within 4 working days using The Royal Mail Special Delivery Package (Please see above) at no cost to you, along with any boxes / paper work or guarantee's that you have included.

What happens when you receive my watch or jewellery?
When your package arrives we follow a step by step process which is as follows:
- Your package is opened by our valuers and its contents are checked against the ‘Itemized List’ you filled in.
- Then Martin Kaye & Our specialist team of valuers will separate your items and value each of them individually, checking authenticity and condition including any paper work that you have included. Martin will confirm the valuation Personally.
- You will then be contacted with an offer. If you accept the offer, we will then agree with you which of our payment methods you prefer.
- Should you decide not to accept our offer, your items will be returned to you fully insured at our cost within 4 working days. So we are confident you will like our offer!
The above procedures are followed to protect all parties in the transaction.

Once you have received my watch or jewellery when can I expect to hear from you?
Mr. Kaye will personally oversee each parcel & he or a member of our team will contact you within 48 hours by your preferred method.

If I am not happy with the valuation, what happens?
In the unlikely event that you are not happy with our valuation we will simply send back your items within 4 working days. We use The Royal Mail Special Delivery Package which is insured against loss or damage in transit for up to £2,500. This is at no cost to you.

Once the valuation has been agreed when will I receive payment from you?
We have a number of payment options available - Time frames may vary depending on the option you choose. If you have made a prior appointment at our shop in Belgravia, London, you may receive cash immediately.
